Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) is an advanced technology designed for air separation, enabling the continuous production of nitrogen through selective adsorption. Ingersoll Rand nitrogen generators utilize PSA technology to efficiently separate nitrogen molecules from compressed air. During the process, oxygen and other trace gases are removed, allowing pure nitrogen to flow through for use in various applications.

The innovative design and control features of Ingersoll Rand nitrogen generators are engineered to optimize gas output and minimize air consumption, ensuring maximum efficiency.

The Ingersoll Rand Series offers flexible configurations to meet a wide range of installation needs, from everyday nitrogen supply to increased demand scenarios. Additional modular components can be incorporated to provide extra capacity or serve as reliable backup systems, offering peace of mind in critical operations.

PSA Nitrogen Generation Packages are available in various formats, including shelters, skid-mounted units, or turn-key installations within ISO and other standard freight containers. All components are carefully selected to suit local ambient conditions and the specific area classification of the installation site.

Ingersoll Rand is committed to delivering tailored nitrogen solutions to meet unique customer requirements. Our PSA packages can be fully customized to align with your operational needs, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
